About the position

The Regional Strategy Lead (RSL) is responsible for coordinating and executing the Sanofi aT1D strategy within a designated geographic area. This role ensures alignment and performance of the matrix team, focusing on screening growth and product goals. The RSL collaborates with various functional experts and leads the localization of the MSA Acceleration strategy, while also analyzing market dynamics and building relationships with local stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute the aT1D strategy within the designated MSA.
  • Lead field planning and customer/account strategy.
  • Organize educational and screening events in collaboration with local stakeholders.
  • Analyze local market dynamics and identify opportunities for strategy adjustments.
  • Gather field insights and collaborate with Marketing, PSS, and Field Medical teams.
  • Support the integration of screening in medical practice workflows and develop treatment protocols.
  • Set goals and priorities for the field matrix team, providing feedback and coaching.
  • Build relationships with local clinical experts and key opinion leaders.
  • Share insights and best practices within the MSA Acceleration Leadership Team.
  • Connect with Early Detection and Tzield sales leaders to report on business performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA is highly valued.
  • Sales leadership experience in specialty sales, institutional sales, or rare disease.
  • Experience in marketing, TLL, or strategic account management.
  • Knowledge of aT1D stakeholders in the geography.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills across multiple functions and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
