About the position

The Regional Supervisor at Dunkin' oversees the operations, safety, systems, growth, and development of employees and business across a region of five to eight restaurants. This role is designed for experienced professionals seeking growth within one of the largest Dunkin' franchise groups, with a focus on training and development to ensure successful management of multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Coaching and developing Restaurant Managers to effectively manage a singular restaurant.
  • Communicating and confirming understanding of company goals, expectations, and initiatives to Restaurant Managers.
  • Leading and developing high-performing Management Team Members through recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Promoting an environment focused on guest satisfaction and addressing location-specific needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with company, brand, state, and federal requirements through regular reporting and task completion.
  • Identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner, guiding Restaurant Managers to implement solutions.
  • Understanding and evaluating competition to address business opportunities and oversee marketing initiatives.
  • Communicating results, recognizing top performance, and encouraging a collaborative environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws within the district.

Requirements

  • Five years of previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality management is required.
  • Strong understanding of company financials and ability to influence positive change in key restaurant metrics.
  • Excellent organization and effective follow-up skills with teams.
  • Professional and clear communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and a positive influence.
  • Ability to identify, attract, recruit, and retain individuals with leadership and managerial talent.
  • Good time-management and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in multi-unit management.
  • Knowledge of Dunkin' or Baskin-Robbins operations.
