About the position
The Regional Support Specialist (BCBA) at Inner Circle Autism Network is responsible for providing exceptional behavior treatment services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs). This role focuses on maintaining continuity of care during transitions in BCBA availability, ensuring clients receive consistent services. The Specialist supervises a small caseload and supports the growth of the clinic by assessing and onboarding new clients. This full-time position emphasizes collaboration, professional development, and a commitment to high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a small caseload of clients.
- Provide interim support during BCBA leaves or resignations.
- Assess and onboard new clients for ICAN services.
- Support training and mentorship of BCBAs and graduate students.
- Conduct assessments, case management, and report writing as needed.
- Develop and implement social skills group programs.
- Collaborate with team members in the child's service and educational environment.
- Adhere to ethical standards in HIPAA and BACB guidelines.
- Provide training, coaching, and supervision for staff.
Requirements
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Management experience preferred.
- Mid-level experience in behavior analysis.
Nice-to-haves
