About the position

The Regional Talent Acquisition Lead for the Americas is responsible for overseeing the recruitment strategy and execution across the region. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to understand hiring needs and implement effective sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies for the Americas region.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on best practices.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Enhance the employer brand through targeted marketing and outreach efforts.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a regional role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
