About the position

The Regional Talent Acquisition Manager at Prime Healthcare Management Inc. is responsible for leading a team of recruiters to enhance recruitment efforts within the organization. This role involves collaborating with internal HR teams and hiring managers to source both active and passive candidates, ensuring that open positions are filled efficiently and cost-effectively. The manager will oversee recruiting processes, manage vendor relations, and contribute to workforce planning and projections.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources or 6 years of recruitment experience.
  • At least 3 years of healthcare experience.
  • 5-7 years of professional recruiting experience.
  • Experience with ATS systems.
  • Strong negotiation and candidate closing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to coach leaders and drive optimum outcomes.
  • Driven, goal-oriented, results-focused, and a high achiever.
  • Experience in analyzing data and preparing reports.
