About the position

The Regional Territory Sales Manager - Americas is responsible for leading the sales and customer support team across the Americas region. This role involves managing sales activities, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the team meets company objectives. The position requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of sales processes, and the ability to foster relationships with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales and customer support team across the Americas.
  • Act as a senior partner of the management in the territory, coaching, mentoring, and developing the team.
  • Monitor and report on all sales activity and results.
  • Prepare annual sales budget and quarterly year-end forecast by customer, product, and territory.
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities and market segments within the territory.
  • Increase sales growth and maximize market potential.
  • Select appropriate sales staff to ensure smooth growth to support company objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related disciplines; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience with significant experience in sales at a senior level.
  • Strong business and finance background and experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent personal relationships.
