About the position

The Regional Territory Sales Manager - Americas is responsible for leading the sales and customer support team across the Americas region. This role involves managing sales activities, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the team meets company objectives. The position requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of sales processes, and the ability to foster relationships with key clients.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the sales and customer support team across the Americas.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing the sales team.
  • Monitoring and reporting on all sales activity and results.
  • Preparing annual sales budget and quarterly year-end forecasts by customer, product, and territory.
  • Exploring and developing new business opportunities and market segments within the territory.
  • Increasing sales growth and maximizing market potential.
  • Selecting appropriate sales staff to ensure smooth growth to support company objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related disciplines; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience with significant experience in sales at a senior level.
  • Strong business and finance background and experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent personal relationships.
