The Financial Advisor Associate (FAA) Talent Management group drives the overall field strategy relative to the sourcing and professional development of new Financial Advisor Associates for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. The FAA Training Program encompasses a variety of pathways to becoming a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and is central to the firm's long-term sustainability and revenue growth. The Regional Training Officer (RTO) plays a critical role in developing the Financial Advisor Associates and driving their overall performance. This position partners with the FAA Development Team by overseeing all substantive aspects of the FAA training program within the Region. The RTO reports into the FAA Talent Management Lead and the Regional COO to fully execute the regional training goals. Responsibilities include attending Instructor-Led Training events for Associates, facilitating these events, delivering learning modules, and helping Associates practice critical skills. The RTO will also facilitate national training sessions, maximize pass rates for licensing exams, deliver local and national training events focused on business planning and product knowledge, and provide best practices to managers for executing training in their offices. Additionally, the RTO will oversee the final evaluation of FAA readiness before launching the associates into production, monitor and evaluate FAA pipelines, and assist in the development and execution of diversity-focused educational and professional development programs.
