About the position

The Regional Vice President of Operations is a leadership role within a fast-growing extended stay hotel management company. This position is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple hotel properties, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, team performance, and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing economy and budget extended stay hotels and will be expected to travel frequently to support the hotels in their portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of all hotels in the assigned portfolio.
• Partner with General Managers and management teams to achieve goals in guest satisfaction, team performance, and profitability.
• Manage, supervise, and elevate the performance of 20-25 hotel properties.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in senior regional management roles in Economy and Budget Extended Stay hotels.
• Proven track record of driving success in hotel operations.
