About the position

The Regional Vice President of Operations will oversee the administrative staff at multiple senior living communities in Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality care and service for residents, fostering a culture of teamwork, and promoting professional development within the organization. The position requires a passion for working with seniors and a commitment to enhancing their daily lives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the administrative staff at several senior living communities.
• Ensure high-quality care and service for residents.
• Promote a culture of teamwork and professional development.
• Oversee operations in Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.
• Conduct weekly travel for day and some overnight trips.

Requirements

• 5+ years of senior living experience.
• 3+ years of leadership/management experience.
• Previous administrator experience.
• Multi-site experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, and/or state licensure requirements are met.
