About the position

The Regional Vice President of Operations (RVP) is responsible for overseeing multiple skilled nursing facilities within the Dallas Fort Worth area. This role focuses on achieving the company's goals through effective management of facility administrators, ensuring census growth, compliance with state and federal regulations, and fostering positive employee relations. The RVP will also be involved in business development and financial oversight, ensuring that facilities meet their operational and financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Hold administrators accountable for census growth and resident care.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal surveys.
• Foster positive employee relations and a defined return on investment.
• Implement CCCN programs and philosophy effectively.
• Manage daily operational issues while anticipating future business trends.
• Develop administrators for personal and professional growth.
• Communicate census and mix objectives in conjunction with the budget and business plan.
• Review facility performance and establish goals if expectations are not met.
• Ensure quality of care through compliance and continuous quality improvement processes.
• Conduct monthly budget reviews and monitor financial controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNFA).
• Minimum of five years of multi-site management experience in long-term care.
• At least five years of experience as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to relate positively and effectively with residents, families, and staff.
