About the position

The Regional Vice President of Operations will oversee the administrative staff at multiple senior living communities across Michigan and Ohio. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality care for residents while fostering a supportive and professional environment for staff. Responsibilities

• Supervise administrative staff at several senior living communities.
• Ensure high-quality care and services for residents.
• Promote a culture of teamwork and professional development.
• Conduct weekly travel to assigned communities and corporate office.
• Lead and mentor community administrators to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of senior living experience.
• 3+ years of leadership/management experience.
• Previous experience as an administrator in senior living.
• Multi-site management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
