About the position

The Regional Vice President of Operations will oversee the administrative staff at multiple senior living communities across Michigan and Ohio. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality care for residents while fostering a supportive and professional environment for staff. The position emphasizes teamwork, professional development, and a commitment to enhancing the lives of seniors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise administrative staff at several senior living communities.
• Ensure high-quality care and service for residents and their families.
• Promote a culture of teamwork and professional development within the organization.
• Oversee operations across multiple states, including Michigan and Ohio.
• Conduct weekly travel to assigned communities and the corporate office in Chicago.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in senior living operations.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Previous experience as an Administrator in a senior living setting.
• Multi-site management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred.
