As a Regional Vice President of Operations at Encore Senior Living, you will oversee the administrative staff across multiple communities in Minnesota, ensuring high-quality care for seniors. Responsibilities

• Supervise the administrative staff at several senior living communities.
• Ensure high-quality care and service for residents and their families.
• Promote a culture of teamwork and professional development among staff.
• Oversee operations and management of multiple sites in Minnesota.
• Conduct weekly travel for day and some overnight trips.

Requirements

• 5+ years of senior living experience.
• 3+ years of leadership/management experience.
• Previous administrator experience in senior living facilities.
• Multi-site experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred.
