The Regional Vice President of Operations is responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple markets in the water and fire damage restoration industry. This role involves developing business strategies to meet company goals, guiding branch managers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and preparing operational and financial reports. The position requires strong leadership and the ability to inspire teams to achieve high customer satisfaction and financial success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple markets.
• Develop business strategies to meet company goals.
• Guide branch managers and employees in achieving performance objectives.
• Evaluate and improve operations to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Prepare operations and financial reports.
• Ensure markets provide top customer experience and financial success.
• Maintain branch consistency and compliance with corporate processes.
• Inspire branch managers to implement customer and employee initiatives.
• Conduct on-site visits to engage employees and build relationships.
• Collaborate with CEO on operational goals and achieve regional business targets.
• Partner with branch managers and HR on staffing, recruitment, and team growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience within the restoration industry.
• Knowledge and experience with both sides of the business: mitigation and rebuild.
• Detail-oriented with strong processes, procedures, and systems knowledge.
• Knowledge of P&L management.
• Experience with CAT events: hurricanes, tornados, etc.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
