About the position

The Regional Vice President of Operations at HHM Hotels is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing a cluster of hotels in the Orlando region. This position focuses on driving operational excellence, enhancing guest service, and achieving financial performance across the portfolio. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and collaboration with various stakeholders to maximize revenue and ensure adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates to meet brand standards.
  • Supervise the development and revision of hotels' business plans and annual budgets.
  • Review and analyze financial reports, including annual and monthly forecasts.
  • Communicate strategic plans and financial results to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Partner with revenue and sales leaders to maximize revenues and profits.
  • Assist property leadership in revenue growth and market share performance.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship consistent with HHM Hotels' Core Values.
  • Act as a liaison with property owners to maintain effective relationships.
  • Travel for corporate meetings, sales trips, and committee service.
  • Monitor quality assurance scores and guest feedback, training general managers accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of regional director operations experience with a multi-brand hotel portfolio.

Nice-to-haves
