About the position

The Regional Vice President of Operations at Lifepoint Behavioral Health is responsible for overseeing strategic operational and financial initiatives across behavioral health facilities. This role emphasizes the importance of superior patient care, staff performance management, and compliance with financial reporting standards. The position requires a strong focus on employee engagement and maintaining a positive work culture while ensuring safe staffing levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic operational and financial initiatives for behavioral health facilities.
• Establish and monitor staff performance goals and assign accountabilities.
• Conduct annual performance assessments and administer compensation adjustments.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with audits.
• Promote employee engagement and a positive work culture.
• Ensure proper staffing levels that are safe and compliant.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of related experience, including working at the CEO level in an inpatient behavioral health facility.
• Multi-site leadership experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
