About the position

The Regional Vice President of Operations at HHM Hotels is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing a cluster of hotels in the Orlando region. This position focuses on driving operational excellence, enhancing guest service, and achieving financial performance across the portfolio. The role requires strategic oversight, regular travel to corporate offices and hotels, and collaboration with various stakeholders to maximize revenue and ensure adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates to meet established brand standards.
• Supervise the development and revision of hotels' business plans and annual budgets.
• Review and analyze financial reports, including annual and monthly forecasts.
• Communicate strategic plans and financial results to senior leaders, owners, and stakeholders.
• Partner with regional revenue and sales and marketing leaders to maximize revenues and profits.
• Assist property leadership in revenue growth and market share performance.
• Provide leadership and mentorship consistent with HHM Hotels' Core Values.
• Act as the liaison with property owners to maintain effective relationships.
• Travel for corporate meetings, sales trips, and committee service.
• Monitor quality assurance scores and guest feedback, training general managers and associates accordingly.
• Follow sustainability guidelines related to HHM Hotels' EarthView program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of previous regional director operations experience with a multi-brand portfolio of hotels, including select and full-service properties.
