About the position

Inframark is seeking a Regional Vice President for the Central Region. The Regional Vice President of Operations is responsible for efficiently and effectively delivering operations and maintenance (O&M) services to Inframark's industrial and municipal clients in our Central Region. This role involves formulating goals, strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the overall operation of the region and directing their execution. The Regional Vice President ensures compliance with all Federal, State, local, and environmental regulations while promoting and maintaining a safe working environment. The position requires ensuring the delivery of all services to meet contractual obligations while meeting or exceeding defined financial, operational, maintenance, billing, and customer expectations. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with enterprise risk management and governance programs. The Regional Vice President leads their team in all aspects of people management, including hiring, orientation/onboarding, performance management, salary changes, promotions, training and development, transfers, and terminations. They monitor and review staff work and coach to achieve optimum performance levels. Achieving growth targets by leading new business development activities, including the pursuit of Enhanced Services opportunities and contract negotiations, is a key responsibility. The Regional Vice President develops effective account management strategies to ensure client satisfaction and retention, implements and monitors the operating budget, forecast, and five-year plan, and is responsible for delivering financial targets while achieving regional objectives for growth, profitability, customer dedication, and employee performance and engagement. The role also includes delivering year-over-year, top-line revenue growth and improved operating margins, defining operational performance metrics, and measuring and leading performance tied to business objectives. Other duties may be assigned within management's discretion.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • A BA/BS in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or Engineering is preferred.
  • Confirmed 15 years of experience in a related industry.
  • 10+ years of dynamic management experience.
  • A Water and/or Wastewater license is preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Sophisticated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in water/wastewater treatment, distribution/collection, engineering, operations and maintenance, utility accounting/financial reporting, budgeting, and customer service.
  • Proven experience in large, multi-unit business operations with P&L accountability.
  • Communicates clearly & professionally and contributes to a positive internal & external customer experience.
