Responsibilities
- Design and execute sales and marketing strategies that exceed goals.
- Identify untapped opportunities and expand market share.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Strengthen partnerships with insurance carriers, adjusters, brokers, and referral partners.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and increase brand awareness.
- Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Establish KPIs and benchmarks for team performance.
- Analyze data and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth as a VP of Sales or similar role in property restoration or related industries.
- Experience leading multi-location teams with exceptional results.
- Deep understanding of sales cycles in restoration or adjacent industries.
- Expertise in digital and traditional marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with insurance and restoration trends.
