About the position

The Regional Vice President is responsible for overseeing the operations of skilled nursing facilities within a designated region, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and maintaining the integrity of Life Care's operations. This role requires strong leadership and management skills to effectively coordinate multiple facilities and support the continuum of healthcare services in the community.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operations of skilled nursing facilities in the region.
  • Ensure high quality and integrity of services and operations.
  • Manage and support multidisciplinary teams across facilities.
  • Coordinate continuing education opportunities for staff.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, health care, or a related field.
  • Active state nursing home administrator's license.
  • Five or more years of experience in long-term care management.
  • Proven track record of success in long-term care administration.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.

Nice-to-haves

  • Multi-facility experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in long-term care management for more than one year.
