About the position

The Regional Vice President is responsible for overseeing the operations of skilled nursing facilities within the region, ensuring high quality and integrity in Life Care's services and operations. This role requires strong leadership and management skills to maintain the standards of care and operational excellence across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operations of skilled nursing facilities in the region.
  • Ensure high quality and integrity of services and operations.
  • Manage and lead multidisciplinary teams at various facilities.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with health care regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, health care, or a related field.
  • Active state nursing home administrator's license.
  • Five or more years of experience in long term care management.
  • Proven track record of success in long term care administration.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75%.

Nice-to-haves

  • Multi-facility management experience.
  • Experience in developing specialty programs in long term care.
