Responsibilities

• Create designs from scratch and remodels utilizing AutoCAD
• Manage architectural commercial projects including fast food restaurants, strip malls, and multifamily developments
• Interact with site personnel and construction teams
• Sign off on design documents

Requirements

• 3 - 12 years of experience in the architecture industry
• Ideally a registered architect or in the process of taking classes
• Production/Technical focused
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Ability to go onsite and interact with clients
• Experience in restaurant, retail, and multifamily projects is highly preferred
