About the position

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking compassionate and committed Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team in Cumming, GA. As an RBT, you will work directly with children who have autism or other developmental challenges, providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and implementing treatment plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is crucial in helping children develop essential skills and improve their quality of life. You will be responsible for collecting and entering data from each therapy session electronically, ensuring accurate tracking of progress and outcomes. We provide comprehensive training on our electronic systems to support you in this task. Our team is dedicated to your personal and professional growth, offering full training and support from experienced clinical supervisors, managers, and mentors. This position is hourly and can be tailored to your availability, allowing for both part-time and full-time opportunities based on the number of cases you wish to take on. Responsibilities

  • Provide ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental challenges.

Requirements

  • RBT Certification is required.
