About the position

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position at Brighter Strides ABA involves providing one-on-one therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes to provide one-on-one therapy following the ABA program set by the Board-certified behavioral analyst (BCBA).
• Make oneself available for supervision, phone conferences, and team meetings as deemed necessary by the supporting BCBA.
• Commute between locations promptly for each appointment.
• Collect and enter data from each session electronically on a daily basis.

Requirements

• RBT Certification
• Experience as an ABA Therapist (1 year preferred) or 2 years working with children
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to undergo a background check
