About the position

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position at Great Strides Rehabilitation offers an entry-level opportunity in the psychology field, focusing on providing individual and small group instruction to children with special needs. RBTs work under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and collaborate with various therapy professionals to deliver comprehensive care. The role emphasizes personal and professional growth within a supportive and diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and small group instruction utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis for children ages 0 - 21.
• Work under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Board Certified Music Therapists.
• Assist in the growth and development of clients and staff.

Requirements

• Active certification with the BACB as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
