About the position

Key Autism Services is seeking both experienced and entry-level part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role involves implementing behavior support plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collecting data to track progress. The position offers flexible schedules and opportunities for professional growth in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions using Rethink.
• Conduct discrete trials and implement behavior support and treatment plans.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid RBT Certification is required.
• Experience in childcare, healthcare, or mental health is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and respond quickly in short distances.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Previous experience as a Behavior Technician or in a similar role.
