Responsibilities
- Participate in shared decision-making teams and projects designed to improve patient care processes.
- Work closely with physicians, pharmacists, therapists, and other health care professionals to ensure outstanding care.
- Utilize advanced technology for patient-centered care.
- Engage in continuous improvement and innovation in nursing practices.
Requirements
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse and authorized by the State of Iowa to practice nursing or have an active multi-state license approved by the Nurse Licensure Compact.
- Achievement of Baccalaureate degree in Nursing within 6 years of hire.
