About The Position
The position involves evaluating assigned patients and planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care. The nurse will deliver excellent nursing care through evaluations, planning, implementation, and documentation while serving a diverse patient population with complex concerns. Responsibilities include performing various patient tests and administering medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse. The nurse will promote patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills. The role relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
