About the position

The Registered Nurse position at INTEGRIS Health Spencer Mental Health focuses on providing exceptional care to children in a psychological setting. This position may require floating to other units and being on call as needed, emphasizing the importance of flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process.
• Support the Children Psychology team and collaborate with INTEGRIS Health caregivers.
• Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals based on patient contact level.
• Participate in on-call status as required.
• Float to other units as needed.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
• Current BLS certification upon hire, or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Completion of department-specific competencies during orientation.

Nice-to-haves

• Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse (CHPN) preferred for hospice roles.
• Current ACLS certification required for radiology roles.
• PALS certification must be completed within 12 months of hire for emergency department roles.
