As a Registered Nurse at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in a clinic setting. Under the guidance of the Practice Manager or Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting with patient education, administering treatments, and supporting healthcare providers during examinations. Your role will involve triaging patient calls, managing prescription refills according to established protocols, and documenting all patient interactions in the electronic health record (EHR) system. You will also serve as a resource and example for other clinical staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on patient care. Customer service skills are essential, as you will be interacting with patients and their families to ensure a positive experience in our healthcare facility.
