The Registered Nurse (RN) at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission plays a crucial role in coordinating the efforts of a multidisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive care to patients. The RN will prioritize nursing interventions based on patient needs and available resources, actively participating in bedside shift reports, safety huddles, multidisciplinary patient rounds, and hourly rounding to gather necessary information for patient care.
