About the position

The Registered Nurse II position at Sutter Health's Urology Clinic involves providing direct and indirect patient care to clinic patients and their families. Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care to clinic patients and their families.
• Utilize nursing processes for comprehensive patient assessment and care plan development.
• Deliver holistic and individualized care to all patients in the assigned area.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate an optimal interdisciplinary plan of care.
• Foster and maintain collaborative relationships between patients, their families, and healthcare providers.
• Engage in continuous growth and development in professional nursing practice.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• RN-Registered Nurse of California license.
• BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification.
• 2 years of recent relevant experience in nursing.
• Demonstrated knowledge of nursing theories, concepts, and practices.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Records.
