Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic care to new mothers and their infants during the postpartum period.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Experience in Maternal-Newborn nursing or postpartum care.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and nights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Nice-to-haves

• Certification in Maternal-Newborn nursing (e.g., RNC-MNN).
