Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes to the medical team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
• Participate in nursing-driven change projects and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (AND) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
