About the position

The Registered Nurse position in the Neuro IMC team at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center involves providing exceptional patient care during day shifts. The role emphasizes the management and delivery of nursing care, supporting both caregivers and the community. Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process.
• Support INTEGRIS Health caregivers and the community.
• Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals based on patient contact level.
• Participate in on-call status as required.
• Float to other units as needed.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Oklahoma or multistate license from eNLC member state.
• Current BLS certification upon hire or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Completion of department-specific competencies during orientation.

Nice-to-haves

• Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse (CHPN) preferred for hospice roles.
• Current ACLS certification required for radiology roles.
• PALS certification must be completed within 12 months of hire for emergency department roles.
