As a Registered Nurse in this per diem position, you will be an integral member of an interdisciplinary care team, providing patient-centric care. Your primary responsibilities will include nursing assessment and diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. You will assess the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of patients, develop care plans based on their disease and treatment responses, and educate patients and their families about disease processes and symptom management. Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team is essential to ensure continuity of care, and you will also refer patients to other clinical resources as needed. This role requires integrating research and evidence-based knowledge into clinical practice, ensuring that care is informed by the latest findings in the field.
