This role is essential for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing renal dialysis treatments. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar setting and hold a valid Texas or Compact RN license. The position requires the nurse to work 12-hour day shifts, starting on August 26, 2024, with a competitive pay rate ranging from $1486.22 to $1637.87 per shift. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to individuals undergoing renal dialysis treatments.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and overall health during dialysis sessions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and their families about renal health and dialysis procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in renal dialysis nursing.
- Current Texas or Compact RN license.
- BLS certification.
