5 Minute Pharmacy is seeking a Behavioral Health Mobile Nurse (RN) to join our team! As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing mobile services that include administering Long-Acting Injectables (LAIs) to patients and delivering care through pharmacy practice programs, drug therapy policies, and other related programs. Your role will involve collaborating with assigned patient health care professionals to plan, monitor, review, and optimize medication therapy regimens. You will also be responsible for reviewing and complying with all related documents, policies, and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care are met. Responsibilities
- Administer Long-Acting Injectables (LAIs) to patients.
- Provide mobile nursing services through pharmacy practice programs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy regimens.
- Review and comply with all related documents, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate patient care and medication effectiveness.
Requirements
- Recent Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
- Current Hawaii Registered Nurse License.
- Vaccination records and TB clearance.
- Current BLS certification.
- Valid Driver's License.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in behavioral health nursing.
- Knowledge of pharmacy practice programs.
