The Registered Nurse (RN) - Case Manager in Homecare at Avera is responsible for collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure quality patient care. Requirements

• Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure.
