As a CV RN Data Analyst, you will utilize your clinical knowledge and skills to perform data abstraction and data entry into various Cardiovascular databases. This role is crucial for participating in national registries and databases that provide benchmarking opportunities and support the improvement of patient care and quality outcomes. You will be responsible for completing data abstraction and collection within established timeframes to meet data harvest deadlines. Additionally, you will assist in generating weekly, monthly, and other aggregate reports as requested for cardiovascular meetings, administration, quality management, and other purposes. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend clinical expertise with data analysis to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data abstraction and data entry into various Cardiovascular databases.
  • Participate in national registries/databases for benchmarking opportunities.
  • Support the improvement of patient care and quality outcomes.
  • Complete data abstraction and collection within established timeframes to meet data harvest deadlines.
  • Assist in generating weekly, monthly, and other aggregate reports for cardiovascular meetings, administration, and quality management.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in nursing required.
  • Current OK RN License required.
  • 3-5 years of cardiac bedside nursing experience preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
