We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor and Delivery to join our team in Winchester, MA. This position is an on-site role, requiring the nurse to be physically present at the facility to provide high-quality care to expectant mothers and their newborns. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the labor and delivery process, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients during childbirth, and providing support to families during this critical time. The RN will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care. Responsibilities include monitoring the health of mothers and babies, administering medications, and assisting with labor and delivery procedures. The nurse will also be responsible for educating patients and their families about the labor process, postpartum care, and newborn care. This position is a contract role lasting 13 weeks, starting on September 16, 2024, and ending on December 14, 2024. The shift type is rotational, which may require flexibility in working hours to accommodate the needs of the unit and the patients.
