We are currently seeking a MS/Tele Registered Nurse to join our amazing team. The MS/Tele Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role involves assessing changes in patients' health status, performing various treatments, and administering medications. The nurse will document daily care, including vital signs, changes in status, continence issues, and diets, ensuring meticulous records are kept for continuity of care between nursing staff, physicians, and other treatment team members. The anticipated start date for this position is ASAP, with a contract duration of 13 weeks. The schedule includes shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM or 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, providing an opportunity to gain valuable professional experience while exploring a new geographic region. Responsibilities

  • Assess changes in patient's health status and perform various treatments.
  • Administer medications and all other routine aspects of patient care.
  • Document daily care such as vital signs, changes in status, continence issues, and diets.
  • Keep meticulous records as to medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care between nursing staff, physicians, and other treatment team members.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse with active license(s) in the state(s) in which employed and practices.
  • One year of current experience within Med Surg/Tele.
  • Current BLS/BCLS and ACLS Certifications.
  • Educated on and follows HIPAA regulations; maintains strict confidentiality of client information.
  • Follows Infection Control, Standard Precautions and OSHA standards for the healthcare professional.
