We are currently seeking a MS/Tele Registered Nurse to join our amazing team. The MS/Tele Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role involves assessing changes in patients' health status, performing various treatments, and administering medications. The nurse will document daily care, including vital signs, changes in status, continence issues, and diets, ensuring meticulous records are kept for continuity of care between nursing staff, physicians, and other treatment team members. The anticipated start date for this position is ASAP, with a contract duration of 13 weeks. The schedule includes shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM or 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, providing an opportunity to gain valuable professional experience while exploring a new geographic region.
