INTEGRIS Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Neuro Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role involves providing exceptional patient care and support to the Neuro IMC team, with a focus on partnering with the community to promote healthier lives. Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for the management and delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process.
• May be required to float to other units as needed.
• Participate in on-call status as required.
• Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals based on patient contact level.
• Supervise and coordinate care provided by licensed and non-licensed personnel.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
• Current BLS certification upon hire, or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Department specific competencies to be completed during orientation.

Nice-to-haves

• Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse (CHPN) preferred.
• Current ACLS certification for Radiology staff.
• PALS certification for Emergency Department staff within 12 months of hire.
