BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) New Graduate for a nursing position in Newark, Delaware. This role is designed for new graduates who are looking to start their nursing careers in a supportive environment that emphasizes one-on-one patient care, flexible scheduling, and ongoing professional development. The position offers a unique opportunity to participate in BAYADA's accredited Nurse Residency Program, which is the only paid residency program in home care recognized by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation (ANCC).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care in home settings.
• Participate in BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program for new graduates.
• Utilize electronic charting using AlayaCare.
• Engage in in-depth paid training from day one.
• Collaborate with clinical managers for support and guidance.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in home health care (preferred but not mandatory).
