Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel
About The Position
Horizon Health, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services (UHS), is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment at Friends Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. This full-time position involves a 3x12 schedule, requiring every other weekend, and operates on the night shift. The role offers an enhanced hourly rate, a tax-exempt stipend where applicable, bi-weekly pay, and the opportunity for overtime. Horizon Health's Adventure RN program provides flexible employment opportunities across a national network of behavioral health facilities, aiming to make a positive impact on patient well-being. Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania RN license or compact/multi-state license
- At least one year of nursing experience in behavioral health or related area
- Current CPR or BLS certification
Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, record and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions
- Maintain accurate patient reports and medical histories
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure the best possible care for the patients
