About the position

Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children. Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in a home setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and assess patients' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic charting.

Requirements

• Current valid RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in pediatrics is preferred but not required.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in pediatric nursing.
• Bilingual skills.
