This rehabilitation nursing position is crucial to our clinic's operations, as the RN plays a vital role in providing total care for our residents. The RN will be responsible for carefully monitoring the condition and needs of residents, following physician orders to administer medications and treatments, and ensuring compliance with narcotic policies and procedures. The RN will also monitor for side effects and report any changes in the condition of residents. Additionally, the RN will oversee the nursing assistant-registered (NAR) staff to ensure that resident care plans are being followed.
