Responsibilities

• Perform nursing skills and document care delivery within the framework of licensure and individual care plans.
• Supervise and assist nursing assistants in their job responsibilities.
• Confer with the Nurse Manager/Supervisor as needed.
• Respond rapidly and appropriately to emergencies involving residents and staff, including evacuations and falls.

Requirements

• Valid PA RN License is required.
• Experience in nursing is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior long-term care experience is helpful but not required.
