About the position

The Registered Nurse at Sunrise Detox plays a crucial role in providing high-quality care to individuals undergoing drug and alcohol detoxification. This position focuses on ensuring patient comfort and safety while facilitating their journey towards recovery. The nurse will be responsible for medication administration, patient monitoring, and maintaining thorough documentation, all while collaborating with medical professionals to meet patient needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring of patients to assess for clinical signs and symptoms
• Administer medications as ordered
• Provides correct and timely documentation which reflects services provided
• Confers with and assists the Medical Director and the Psychiatrist.

Requirements

• Clean, active and current RN license
• 1+ years Substance Abuse experience preferred
• Current CPR License
